23 Fat Man

This piece, discovered in a grey marble pebble, weighs exactly the same as the amount of weight I lost during a recent diet.

Weighing in at 15 Kilograms 'Fat Man' is my daily reminder of the surplus weight I was carrying around and an incentive if ever there was one to [on average] eat and exercise sensibly.

Postscript:
It's a bit extreme but I found an even more effective way to diet. During my fight against cancer from 2010 January to September I lost a further 15 kilos. At this stage I'm not inclined to make another 'Fat Man' weighing in at 30 kilos
.
